Rosary English School, Malvan is an English Medium School run by the Sindhudurg Diocesan Educational Trust (SDET)
This Institution is primarily for Catholics, established and administered by the Sindhudurg Diocesan Educational Trust (SDET) but it is open to all irrespective of religion, caste or creed.
It caters primarily to the Catholic community and the preservation of the Catholic faith and religious practices. Keeping this in view classes in religion are conducted and it is obligatory for Catholic children to attend them. However, value education classes are conducted for all.
The School aims at providing an all round education to its students by promoting various fields of interest such as games and sports, music and singing, elocution and dramatics, outing and excursion, social service, science club and literary club, guidance and counselling facilities and so on.
Parents are obliged to obey all the decisions and resolutions made by the school which is put forward in the PTA meetings.
